Returns Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Returned items must include the original packaging and a completed return form.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Swimwear and intimate apparel

• Accessories labeled as final sale

• Any item without its original tags or packaging

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our customer service team at trendvoic@outlook.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions.

3. Package the item securely including the completed return form.

4. Ship the package to our returns center at:
   68 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Sale items are eligible for store credit only.

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for different sizes of the same item, subject to availability. Please contact us to check stock availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at trendvoic@outlook.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
